Introduction
This article helps you to change the From address of outgoing mails in Microsoft Outlook with Exchange Server.
Requirements
- The administrator has granted you the necessary permissions
Send from other email address
To show the required From field in Outlook, please check the following setting:
- Open a new mail

Options -> From must be activated:
To use another persons or groups email address, please follow this guide:
- Open a new mail
- Click From
- If the needed address isn't in the list, click Other Email Address...
- Click From... to open the company address book and choose the needed contact:
- Now, the address is in the From field and will be used to send your mail.
- For future use, the email address is saved in the From Dropdown menu.
