    concerns: Installation of ESET Agent on Linux

    1. Make sure, that you are installed all available software updates for your system.
    2. After you have downloaded the file to your linux system, extract the PROTECTAgentinstaller.tar.gz archive.
    3. Run the  PROTECTAgentinstaller.sh file with root privileges
    4. The script will download the agent from eset repository and install it on your system
    5. Start the Agent with "service eraagent start"
    6. Wait for 10 Minutes and reboot your machine.

    Now the ESET Agent is installed on your system, the ESET Endpoint Security software will be installed shortly.
    To verify the installation please send an email with your systems name to our helpdesk.
