BC / B-FS Password change

    Apply: Customers wiht Business Cloud (BC, B-FS) Environment  (Can be recognized by the login domain: BC.LOCAL)

    Prerequisites

    • Internet connection
    • actually valid credentials
    • (If you have Duo) Your mobile phone

    Solution

    1. Open https://vpn.tc-cloud.ch
    2. Logon with your current username and password. Please use following format: firstname.surname



    3. Accept the Duo push on your mobile (Only required if your company use this  security option.)
    4. Open the App "Password change"



    5. Please input the following informations in to the right place:
      Login: firstname.surname
      Current Password: Your current password
      New password + Confirm new password: Your new password
    6. Save the changes with Change password

    Note: If you are not able to login with your credentials. Please contact our helpdesk to reset your login.
